There’s something deeply satisfying about entering a new week prepared. A Sunday reset doesn’t need hours. Twenty focused minutes is enough.
Minutes 1 to 5: look back
What went well last week? What felt stressful? Glance at your spending and note anything that surprised you.
Minutes 6 to 10: look ahead
Check the week’s calendar for deadlines, appointments, birthdays and bills. Anything that will cost you time or money goes on your list.
Minutes 11 to 15: choose three priorities
Pick the three outcomes that would make this week a success, and write them where you’ll see them on Monday morning.
Minutes 16 to 20: prepare
- Move this week’s savings if it isn’t automated yet.
- Plan two or three easy dinners.
- Lay out Monday’s outfit and write down your first task.
Preparation is a gift you give your future self.
Make it a ritual you enjoy: your favorite coffee, a playlist, a beautiful notebook. The more you look forward to it, the more consistent you’ll be.
